i found the staff lovely and helpful. sandy did a smooth check in. the hospitality was very good, i was happy. the location are also good.

our room showed its age a bit. the bathroom trashcan foot pedal did not work. i had to find all the light buttons each night to turn them off.

clean rooms convenient access prime location

the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions. i found the location on sheikh zayed road prime. the auto open and close curtains in my room were a very gentle touch.

The front desk staff provided great service! the concierge team of dostonbek, ibrahim, milan karki, and gauresh offered helpful assistance with luggage and transport. They are very friendly and efficient, a positive attitude , made a difference.

The hotel boasts a beautiful sky view. the lifts were fast and displayed advance signs. This improved navigation. i found the bar atmospheric and enjoyed the drinks and ambiance. It was a very fun experience.
